Macaroni and Cheese |

| 1 pound cooked macaroni 2 cups of milk 1 pound Swiss-American white cheese, cut in strips 1/2 stick butter 2 tbsp. corn starch mixed with just enough cold milk to make a thin paste

| Heat all ingredients over medium heat except macaroni, until
cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened. put cooked macaroni in a large casserole
dish and pour cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for
approximately 1/2 hour or until cheese is bubbly and the top is lightly browned.
